Intro
In the Dynafit world, the ‘+’ means the binding has a ski brake as standard, so this is the no-brake version, but a with-brake version is also available in their catalog. Light model with Race roots. In the version without crampon slot it boasts a record low weight for a binding in this class and also provides a wide range of lateral release values from 4-13 at the heel. The forward release depends on the U-Spring (8, 10 or 12) chosen when mounting the binding. The heel piece is easy to operate; among the best of the Dynafit models, and overall.
Fit
The offset screw drilling pattern makes it more compatible with both lighter skis but fatter skis as well. The Superlite 150’s user-friendly design is evident in the ease with which the heel turret rotates to select the two climbing aids, or return to the flat position by a simple twist in either direction. The toe features the same snappy, lightweight architecture (though not as minimalist) as the Low Tech Race 105 and is very easy to operate using the long front lever. Excellent for fast-and-light missions, but in safety.
