Even though he’s not originally from Valle d’Aosta, but Valtellina in Lombardy, Egidio Sertorelli is a local legend around the Cervinia area. If you work in the ski industry in Italy, sooner or later you’re bound to pass through the Sertorelli Sport Hotel in Cervinia. That’s because it’s so convenient, with a large ski room and work bench, rental shop, electronic lockers and free shuttle bus to the cable car station. Then there’s the excellent food; a mix of options ranging from gourmet delicacies to simple dishes (for those who have been away for a few days or more and prefer lighter meals).
