Intro
This is similar in design to the DNA+, but less extreme. Ideal for light-and-fast missions and perhaps less demanding races. The similarities are evident not only in the form, but also in the function of the brake (included here, but there’s also a brakeless version), which also serves as a single climbing aid. The weight difference is about thirty grams, and brakes are available in 68 mm, 74 mm and 80 mm widths. The lightweight structure features aluminum elements machined from solid blocks, such as the toe jaws and hollow heel. The U-spring, unlike the DNA+, has round ends and release settings are adjustable.

That's why, after purchasing the right self-rescue kit and airbag backpack, it’s paramount you do your research, train, scrutinize your decisions and, if necessary, opt for plan B. And, at least for now, don’t rely on artificial intelligence.
