Intro
Lightweight and easy to use for touring at a good value price. ATK classifies the Kuluar LT (without brake) as a speed touring binding, while this version with brake comes under the tour category. The toe piece is brand new, similar to the Crest (one wing arm with two springs, and one fixed), while the heel piece doesn't have the Cam Release System. It comes with a traditional brake with push-button to unlock. The heel risers come in the form of easy-to-use magnetic flaps, a nice touch for an entry-level binding, and there is a 20 mm adjustment track.
