Intro
This is a model for traditional touring and springtime skimo by Whiteland Ski, the artisanal ski factory out of Monte Rosa, Italy. It's got an 82 mm waist width and tons of substance. In the style of grand touring skis of days gone by, it prefers the descent, placing precision and skiing pleasure at the forefront, at the cost of a few extra grams of weight. Its nicely designed, sandwich construction, straight sidewall, and carbon fiber makes this a high performance ski that comes into its own on compact terrain and springtime snow. But it doesn't mind crust either, where its aggressive nature is kept under control.
