Born in San Marino (and so technically not Italian), Tommaso now calls the Dolomites home, as this is where he loves to do his thing. A ski instructor and alpine guide, he has one of the sharpest minds (and some of the most talented feet) in the ski mountaineering world. He climbs like a mountain goat and gets back down with his own, distinctly modern flair. That's why he's a fixture here at the Buyer's Guide.
