Intro
This Slovakian brand champions traditional, high-quality engineering, and an extreme emphasis on minimalist designs—core principles of their original low-tech project, which features a range of ultra-light, low-frills products, and that started with the GR 48. This iteration is an upgrade of this model, and features their usual one-sided pin arm opening mech for boot insertion, which complies with ISMF standards. It features a front brake as standard and pre-set lateral release values of 8 or 10, which you choose when you buy them. The crampon slot is included, making the GR 98 ideal for light touring on light skis. There’s a 10 mm mini adjustment slider at the heel and a single climbing aid (33 mm, no flat mode).
