Light and easy to stow, but also with a surprisingly good glide for the category of use, though with correspondingly less grip. You won't be surprised to learn that it's a full mohair skin designed for freeride/freetouring, as the name implies. The glide rating is not far off one of the slower race skins after being broken in, though it requires a little experience and dexterity when stashing as it's not very stiff for its size, and can get bunched up and stuck together. We see it as more suited to expert freeriders who know how to manage their skins. It could work well for vertical missions on a lightweight freeride setup.
