Intro
A high-performance split designed and built entirely in the province of Lecco, on the slopes of Monte Rosegone. Inspired by and named after the nimble chamois, it features a paulownia-and-ash wood core designed to deliver durability and just the right amount of flex. A meticulously crafted board with a soft nose and stiffer tail that seeks to provide a perfect blend of agility and precision.
On the snow
It performs excellently on all snow types, making it a great daily driver for the backcountry. The classic rocker-camber-rocker profile ensures precise edge grip, good float in powder, and stability in ascent. The board is strengthened by the addition of triaxial fiberglass inserts that increase responsiveness and torsional rigidity. In firm or compact snow conditions, the combination of underfoot camber and special sidecut makes it stable and nimble even at full throttle. The lightweight but reactive core allows for precise, effortless riding—even at low speeds on technical terrain. The ISO 7500 sintered base is extremely hard wearing and virtually scratch-proof. Proficient riders will gain command of this board after just a few turns. If we had to sum up Camos in one word, without doubt that would be reliability.
