Intro
PLP began with the aim of creating snowboards with superior float, using proportions similar to surfboards, like this one with a swallow-style tail.
On the snow
A board specifically designed for epic conditions, when the powder is at least knee deep. Built by artisans in Piedmont, Italy, it has a distinctive shape with wide tip and swallow-tail. It's perfect for freeride as it floats like a dream, and when you shift your weight to the back foot, it takes off. On the downside, its shape and weight mean it isn't great for big verticals or technical traverses. Powder days, here we come.
