Intro

This pole uses the same handy, automatic release system of the Thui, but it's a more minimalist, fixed-length model. With its 14-millimeter, three-piece shaft, it's slightly larger than the Thui when closed (42 cm / 16.5"). It has a half-circle winter basket to facilitate traverses and counter slopes. The non-anatomical grip includes an extended grip zone divided into sections. The wrist strap is very simple without any padding. This is a nice-looking pole with its opaque orange color that isn't excessively bold. All things considered, this could be a good back-up pole for an alpine guide.
