Intro

Ninety-nine percent race, one percent touring, very fast and light. It features the best grip, which is partially in cork and curved. We also really like the quick-release harness strap, which is safe, and has been tried-and-tested in cross-country skiing. The extension is also in cork, and a high-quality, carbon shaft is rigid and stable. We prefer, and would immediately swap, the basket for the lighter and more efficient one used on its sibling, the Leki Mezza Ultralite, which doesn’t sink into snow despite its appearance, and pulls out of holes easily too.
