Intro

The combination of contoured grip and asymmetrical basket on the same pole means you have to constantly check the orientation of the basket while skinning (round part at the back, flat section at the front). Which with an adjustable pole can get annoying... or worse. Plus, combining a steel tip (not tungsten carbide) with an asymmetric basket seems contradictory to us because it doesn't provide enough grip for the technical use such a basket hints at. Overall it feels a bit heavy, though the swing weight is nicely balanced as most of that mass is in the rubber grip.
