Intro
A no-frills fully aluminum model, with a glossy, lightweight strap widened towards the hand and an anatomical foam grip extension. The grip has a hooked beak, which makes flipping binding riser flaps a breeze. Its locking mechanism is plastic with pressure-adjustment two small slots, which can be adjusted using a coin. The round basket works quite well on snow and a range of terrains. There's also the very similar aluminum/carbon mix Tour Vario model, but with a slightly different feel on terrain, given the different materials used.
