On the market for many years now, the focus here is on simplicity and practicality: one-size shaft that can be cut to length, compact XC basket that still grips well, with toothed edges that bite into hard, icy snow—and no need to orient it every time you plant it. And a real stand-out feature is the ease with which it pulls out of trackside holes. The carbon shaft is reinforced with a Kevlar sheathing extending over 30 cm above the tip to protect against impact. A traditional wrist strap and a simple, functional grip in two different plastics, instead of higher quality cork.
