Intro
Designed for classic touring, this pole has tons of features to take on the many situations that can arise in the backcountry. The cork grip provides even more warmth than the usual (though otherwise excellent) foam. It has a traditional (and very comfortable) wrist strap, and the oversized handle, like it or not, is practical and useful for safety purposes. The roundish baskets have two sides with a hard plastic edge, designed to adjust climbing aids and scrape ice off skins.
