Più volte campione italiano di gigante, non disdegnava nemmeno i rapid gate dello slalom e ha gareggiato fino alla Coppa del Mondo di sci alpino, dove è arrivato diciottesimo nella classica di Kranjska Gora. La tecnica sciistica la padroneggia decisamente bene e, abitando a Courmayeur, ha sentito il richiamo dello scialpinismo e del freeride sui pendii importanti delle Alpi.
