Seven-piece aluminum probe with Dyneema cord. Clip closure system integrated into the handle, which, though not very ergonomic, is still a step up from the previous version. An interesting feature is that, when paired with the shovel of the same name (not tested), they can be nested together to further decrease pack space, making them one of the most compact kits on the market.
