Intro
Slimmer and more compact than its predecessor (2 batteries instead of 3, with no reduction in battery life), there are no major new features, but it’s easier to handle and more intuitive. The MIP display is large and easy to read in bright sunlight and with sunglasses. And the interference guard that controls the signal in case of electromagnetic interference is as effective as ever. In search mode it provides clear instructions both in the preliminary and final phases, though it’s worth starting the cross-search slightly earlier, using the numbers on the screen as a guide.
