Intro
A traditionally-styled fully accessorized model from Ferrino, now with an electric system (the tried-and-tested E2 from Alpride). It also features the Airsafe respirator system and RECCO reflector. That's a lot of tech that can provide a lot of reassurance to the user, and is very good to have in case of avalanche, but does weigh you down somewhat. It features an A-frame ski carrier; two ice axe/ski pole holders; and a large pocket for shovel and probe with two stitched gear loops, that can also hold an ice axe. The large (if slightly stiff) shoulder straps and wide waist belt help to lighten the perceived load a little. It's worth practicing with the trigger and respirator before taking it out on the mountain, to avoid any confusion should an emergency situation arise.
