Sara joins the team in 2026, bringing with her a background as a skimo racer and an exceptional feel for the snow, bringing new depth to our testing.

A ski instructor and former skimo racer, she makes her debut this year on the Buyer's Guide tester team with the enthusiasm of someone who truly has the mountains in her blood. Born and raised in Bormio, she juggles work, family, and her boundless passion for skiing in all its forms, with a declared preference for fast-and-light missions. Despite her love of lightweight gear, to her surprise (and amusement!), she’s discovered that even a tad extra width underfoot can make a big difference to the fun.
